Energy Performance Certificates for domestic properties. Contains energy rating (A-G), efficiency score, estimated energy costs, floor area, and number of rooms. We use non-address data only (address fields are OS/Royal Mail copyright).

Postcode-level broadband availability data. Covers superfast (30Mbps+), ultrafast (100Mbps+), gigabit (1Gbps+), and Universal Service Obligation compliance.

Street-level crime data from all 43 police forces in England and Wales. Updated monthly with a 2-month lag. We query within 200m of each postcode.
